Desserts by Michael Allen made it's debut on Fulton street in 2008. For the next 3 years Chef Michael Allen and his family tantalized the taste palettes of Fort Green, Clinton Hill and Bedford Stuyvesant  area of Brooklyn. In Fall  2015, Desserts by Michael Allen built a new facility in Prospect Lefferts Garden. Along with his confections and savory items inspired from countries around the globe, Michael has also expanded his gluten free and vegan dessert line. In making this transformation, he now presents his newest brand... Michael Allen Macarons !

Michael is a second generation Pastry Chef , who has had his desserts grace the tables of such places as the United Nations, the Essex House, and the famed Delmonico's of Wall Street.
